StickUR Order Policy
Orders are made on demand. Depending on the product, level of customization, and current queue, it can take us about 1 week to produce your order.
Shipping typically takes 2–7 days depending on your location.
During busy periods or when we’re processing a high volume of orders, production may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated and get your order out as soon as possible.
Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in full upfront before production begins.
The only exception is Cash on Delivery (COD), which is only available under our Friends & Family Delivery option. This must be approved by StickUR before the order is processed.
Returns & Cancellations
Since all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.
We recommend double-checking your designs and info before submitting your order.
Content Guidelines
StickUR reserves the right to deny any order that includes content deemed inappropriate, suggestive, or excessively violent.
If your order is denied, you will be fully refunded.
Fixing Issues with Your Order
If there’s a discrepancy with your order (wrong size, design, color, or another mistake on our part), we’ll remake it for you at 50% off.

Include photos and a short explanation of the issue

We do not offer remakes for customer-side mistakes (e.g., submitting the wrong design, spelling errors, or uploading the wrong file), so please double-check everything before placing your order.
